Questions
The usual ones
- What counts as a seat?
- An active account in your organization. People who only file requests through a public intake form are guests and never take a seat. Deactivating an account frees its seat immediately.
- Can different teams be on different plans?
- No. The plan belongs to the organization, and every team in it gets the same features. Each team still turns on only what it uses.
- What happens if we downgrade?
- Nothing you built stops. Features already switched on keep working; what a lower plan refuses is turning one on again, or creating a new one. Seats above the new limit stay active until you deactivate them.
- Is our data ever held back?
- Never. Exports, the record PDFs, GDPR subject-access export and erasure, and the mobile and desktop apps are on every plan, including Free.
- Do you offer yearly billing?
- Yes. A yearly subscription is ten months for the price of twelve. Monthly is available at the monthly rate. Either way, the plan is bought from inside TCS by an organization administrator.
- We need a quote, a purchase order, or a security review first.

- Is TCS validated?
- No vendor can validate your configured instance for you, so TCS is validatable rather than pre-validated. What we supply is a validation support pack: our change-control description, the versioned release log, an audit-trail scope and time-integrity statement, the backup and restore procedure, a requirements-to-test traceability map, and standing answers to supplier questionnaires.
